• An exciting role as Senior Software Engineer in the Business Automation Solutions engineering team contributing to the maintenance and evolution of the software platforms build around automation products (BPM, BRM and RPA) used all over the Bank.


• You will elaborate and implement technical solutions (main focus BPM and RPA) and be responsible for effort estimations, guiding development teams using our products, issue analysis, test support and technical quality assurance.


• Being part of bank wide projects from conception over implementation until going productive.


• You will integrate advanced technology and products (including Cloud, AI and more) into the business automation platforms, suitable for a global environment in an international context.


• You will have the opportunity to influence the roadmap and contribute to Business Automation Solutions in the context of Cloud offerings

You Offer

 

• Degree in Computer Science or related subjects


• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Solution Architecture covering all aspects of the software development lifecycle and in integrating third party products into an enterprise context


• Expert skills in at least one programming language (ideally Java or .Net) is a must and experience in Integration, Security, as well as large scale deployments would be an advantage


• Experience in Business Process Modeling and with process automation products (e.g. Oracle SOA Suite, BluePrism) would be a clear advantage


• Experience with banking applications or with the CS application landscape is a plus


• An open-minded team-player with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds


• A structured, independent acting and goal-oriented approach


• Experience in technical support of complex web and/or client-server applications and willing to participate in operations and support activities


• Willing to continuously increase knowledge and share it with the team members


• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, German in addition would be an advantage


• A winning and open personality with excellent interpersonal skills combined with an outstanding ability to communicate


• Personal integrity, with the initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
