  We are looking for a senior project manager within the IT organization of IWM to manage innovative strategic projects aiming at digitalizing and further automating wealth management.

You Offer

 

• Several years of Program or Project management experience within the Banking, Trading, or Investment Management industries


• Ability to manage several projects in parallel with complex dependencies and multiple stakeholders and to assure IT front-to-back integration testing


• Ability to perform quality checks on overall IT delivery timelines and to ensure that the plans delivered by different teams are aligned


• Previous experience with Agile methodologies


• Comfortable with intense administrative processes such as frequent updates of budget forecasts and resource allocations using internal project management tools


• Demonstrated ability to manage details while taking a holistic, benefits-focused view of the project


• Preferred academic background in computer science, engineering, or natural sciences


• Knowledge of portfolio construction and risk management principles


• A winning and open personality with excellent interpersonal skills combined with an outstanding ability to communicate


• Personal integrity, with the initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy


• You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and the passion to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
