• You a challenging role in an international environment within one of the leading real estate investment companies, focusing on real estate transactions in European countries


• A key position in which you will be sourcing, analyzing and underwriting of direct investments & local operating partners across various real estate asset classes & countries in Europe. Investment calculation and development of all key decision factors for transactions.


• Responsibility for the due diligence process in collaboration with internal and external property specialists and service providers (Asset Management, Construction, Legal, Tax and Finance, etc.)


• Negotiation of joint ventures, operating partner & sale and purchase agreements


• Monitoring of market and competition activities in collaboration with internal & external researcher

You Offer

 

• University degree or equivalent (preferably in Law or Business Administration, Economics) Specialization in Real Estate or Private Equity would be of benefit


• At least 5 years of experience as real estate investment or structuring specialist, with a consistent track record, ideally from a real estate private equity firm.


• You show a demonstrated ability in buying and selling international direct real estate and/or joint venture structures & operating partner models


• Strong level of analytical and modelling skills


• Fluent in English; additional European languages would be an advantage


• As a team-player you show a motivated and flexible can-do attitude


• You are enthusiastic, target-oriented and possess strong inter-personal skills, furthermore you are passionate about working in an international environment


• Willing to travel
