Controller Marketing und E-Commerce (100%)

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team at our headquarters in Basel (starting date 1st November 2018).

• Business partnering to the Marketing and Ecommerce Team


• Prepare and analyze monthly standard reporting for the Ecommerce department and provide action recommendations


• Analyze and report on campaign results (KPI’s and objectives) related to marketing initiatives


• Control and monitor advertising expenses and ensure risk is mitigated 


• Support the budget and forecast process


• Calculate business cases and contribute to departmental projects (Project controlling)


• Develop and optimize reporting processes

• A relevant university degree, bachelor or master in finance and 1-3 years experience in commercial controlling. Exposure to fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) or Ecommerce is a plus


• Proven track record of building relationships across departments with well-developed communication skills


• Confident at influencing and challenging decisions at management level


• Multi-tasking – needs to be organized, highly efficient and able to push multiple projects forward simultaneously


• Entrepreneurial – helps the commercial team develop actions and resolve problems


• Advanced Excel skills as well as strong English and German. French is a plus 


• IT literate, familiar with ERP systems and business analysis tools: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics DFO and basic SQL skills would be a plus
