Duties and Responsibilities
Spend Data Analysis (85%)
Gather and analyse historical spend data in depth, create reporting and summaries on data as per different categorizations extracted from the business intelligence system,Manually classify all non-categorized spend, to be included in the reports and summaries regarding historical and new spend data,Create regular timely spend reports and dashboards to be communicated and shared with stakeholders at different levels of the organization,Gap analysis of the spend data and categories, improvement proposals for data and category management,Engage peoplewithin the GPDO organization to understand their reporting needs related to spend, look for improvement opportunities while using the procurement and reporting tools, Capture learnings from the process to future work on automatization of the process.
Business Analysis (10%)
Engage people within the GPDO organization to analyse current existing reports regarding spend, forecast, budget, savings, and other relevant metrics that can be leveraged by the Sourcing department,Participate in the definition and/or improvement of Sourcing department and categories KPIs/Dashboard and the associated data collection processes,Create consolidated dashboards, including KPIs, spend data, forecast,savings and other relevant metricsto be reported to business owners and management,Follow-up on actions as an outcome from the dashboards communication when related to any of the above-mentioned fields.
Business process mapping (5%)
Map the department processes,Define paths of improvements to make processes lean,Contribute to SOP/WP as required,Ensure appropriate documentation and archiving related to the activities.
