Join the Clariant Commericial Excellence (CCE) Team, by taking on a Project Anaylst (m/f/d) role, which consists of a 3 to 5 year commitment followed by a defined Clariant Talent Management re-integration process. Responsibilities
Support the Business Units to achieve their margin and revenue targets by applying the most effective and efficient commercial methods through initiatives in Customer & Sales Management, Pricing and Strategic Marketing.
Independently drive and conduct analyses on a range of commercial topics.
Identify core issues and improvement areas by using existing CCE approach and tools, and adapting them where needed to make them applicable for the Business Unit.
Synthesize findings, develop and discuss recommendations within team and with Business Unit Stakeholders.
Act as a change agent to drive business improvement within the commercial organisation.
Build, improve and manage standard tools/reporting which can be applied across different Business Units.
Contribute to preparing and delivering training, presentations and workshops.
Requirements
Business and/or Technical Degree required (Preferably with an MBA Degree).
Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience, ideally in a Business Analyst, Controlling, Marketing role or Management Consulting experience in the Chemical Industry.
Excellent analytical skills with experience of Microsoft Office applications and SAP/BW experience along with “hands on mentality.” Experience with statistical tools would be a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German, Spanish and other languages would be desirable).
Strong cross cultural project management experience, with ability to deal with multiple levels and functions to create buy-in and alignment in an international organization.
