We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate colleague to join our Group Strategy team in Zurich Seefeld. In this exciting position you will provide business analytics and innovation expertise in coordination with business leaders to develop and implement advanced business analytics, innovative services and embed relevant capabilities in DKSH under consideration of the local economic, political and social environment in each representative Asian country.
Job responsibilities
Develop and execute advanced business analytics strategy to support the business and strategy with strong focus on specific Asian market requirements
Identify and develop tailored innovative services pilots in alignment with Asian economic and market conditions
Lead the in-house advanced business analytics team of total 2 persons
Identify and execute use case on business problems, analytics capability gaps and recommend the future state organization and processes
Co-develop analytics and innovation processes to drive forward the speed of innovation
Monitor the implementation of the business analytics in the countries and Business Units
Identify potential challenges/risks in implementing business analytics and innovation of use case and projects and recommend action steps
Keep up-to-date with the latest analytics, trends, solutions and providers to keep competitiveness
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
Job requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with specializing in Business Analytics or Statistics
Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a similar position
Demonstrate keen understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, tools and including R and/or Python
Proven experience in working with external providers in analytics or innovation projects with keen sensitiveness of Asian cultures
Experience in leading teams remotely and solid understanding of Information Technology
Advanced experience in project management within a Asian working environment
Proficient language skills in English and Chinese (Expert level), basis knowledge in German and any other Asian language is a plus
Willingness to travel, autonomous, pro-active, diligent, precise and result-oriented way of working
Dedicated, pragmatic team player with strong communication skills
Flexible and resilient personality, able to adapt in a fast-changing international environment
