Job Summary


To cover for a maternity leave, we are looking for a


Treasury Manager - Temporary position 15-17 months


In this role, you will work in the Global Treasury team based in Pully – Lausanne and report into the EMEA Treasurer.


Duties and Responsibilities


General Treasury operations, cash management and reporting within the HQ Treasury Team:



  • Daily Cash position, loan management and intercompany funding

  • Inventory reporting to banks to support funding needs

  • Follow up on cash levels with subsidiaries

  • Liaise with subsidiaries, banks and back-office for payment related queries

  • Fee review for different products with banks

  • Foreign Exchange reporting

  • Support trade teams on ad hoc requests (FX, letters of credits, guarantees, documentary collections, reverse factoring programs) and liaise with banks

  • Treasury Management System - update of static data, testing and roll-out to new operations as needed


Documentation & Risk:



  • Assistance with documentation of intercompany loan agreements

  • Ensure compliance of operations with bank facilities and company policy & procedure


Process Improvements:



  • Implementation of SAP for treasury, moving from TMS to SAP including roll-out, swift connectivity, updating of procedures and training for treasury world wide

  • Contribute to the overall treasury process improvement


Qualifications:



  •  University degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field

  • + 5 years’ experience in treasury acquired in multinational, trade company or bank

  • Experience in working with cash optimization

  • Confirmed user (super user) of FIS Integrity, SAP or other treasury management system

  • Experience in TMS  implementation is an asset

  • Experience in Project Management a plus

  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) , other languages a plus

  • Confirmed user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point

  • Temporary position (maternity leave coverage) from November 2018 to March 2020
