Referenznummer: R-19819You will find an attractive work place at our Consumer Goods Business and Finance & Administration Headquarters with about 500 employees. In this position, you will be the global functional expect responsible for calculation, reporting & monitoring of any Swarovski Crystal Business/F&A projects, investments and related business cases and supporting project leaders, Business Controllers and SCB/F&A Planning & Performance Reporting teams. You will report directly to the Head of Corporate Controlling.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Your main duties will include the following:

- Develop and further break down corporate business casing guidelines for specific F&A needs, ensuring consistency and compliancy

- Ensuring that all elements needed to track business cases in a consistent way are in place

- Setting up, planning, defining targets, and calculating all SCB / F&A business cases (incl. TCO, ROI) based on the global business case standards

- Ensuring consistency with SCB target setting and strategic objectives

- Maintaining an overview of all planned Business Cases across SCB and F&A Functions as well as the portfolio of business cases

- Consolidating all SCB & F&A business cases and showing ROI of entire SCB portfolio (total picture)

- Comparing KPIs across various business cases to measure and benchmark performance, recommending actions and clear priorities and ensuring accountability based on decisions made

- Working out recommendations on how to prioritize business cases across SCB and how to improve the performance and process

- Performing trend analysis, highlighting potential shortcomings, opportunities, risks and optimization potential from a financial perspective and initiating counter-measures to ensure correct calculation of business cases

- Performing "post-mortem" analysis of past business cases, deriving and making learnings transparent and adapting guidelines accordingly

- Consulting on demand for business casing

- Ensuring accountability and corrective actions based on decisions taken

WHAT WE EXPECT

We are looking for a motivated team-player, who brings along the following background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

- Analytical & modelling skills

- Strong organizational and management skills, paired with result orientation

- Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with other teams to deliver results effectively combined with excellent communication skills

- Systems know-how including SAP, Microsoft Office, Workday and Tagetik is an advantage

- Fluent English skills, spoken and written
