Marketing Manager Acquisition & Base Management (f/m) 100%Zürich-OerlikonDuties and responsibilities:
Market & customer needs analysis to convey knowledge and insights
Identification of product or experience gaps
Segment GTM project lead working closely with internal and external teams
Further development and expansion of the existing product proposition and acquisition measures (e.g. promotions, hardware, cooperations)
Strategic planning and operational implementation of multichannel campaigns with the target of customer retention and value enhancement
Develop and implement an integrated communication approach in close collaboration with external agencies
Collaboration with Acquisition Marketing to maximize impact
Provide Sales support
Roll-out of product communication
Develop online content & strategy
Analysis and assessment of the customer base development (e.g. revenue, arpu, ampu, churn) including CRM plan and initiation of according activities to develop the customer base
Up-sell and cross-sell strategy & implementation
Device push and promotions
Collaboration with Value Mgmt to maximize impact
Definition and implementation of customer relationship and win-back strategies and activities
Ongoing analysis and review of the measures for profitability and the effect on customer loyalty
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in economics and/or marketing, Master is an advantage
3-5 years of professional experience in product/consumer marketing if possible in the service-/telecommunication and/or ICT-industry
Fluent in French and English is a must, German is an asset
Confident communicator at all levels of the organization and high teamplayer skills
Strong commercial acumen and relationship-development / presentation skills
Great willingness to perform & doer-mentality
Positive, agile, ambitious and proactive personality
Ability to work to strict deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Hands-on and can-do mentality
