As a member of the Start-up Crew you will develop and drive digital product development, from incubation to commercialization, generating new revenue streams of Clariant. Get ready to push forward the development of new products and solutions from scratch to masterpiece, playing a pivotal role in our industry 4.0 update.
Responsibilities
Identify driven and digitally savvy team members or additional employee as a stem cell for new digital business (technical, commercial, sales).
Understand customer needs and lead the development of fitting digital products, thoroughly exploring markets and further expand the business into adjacent or new markets.
Segment of customers according to needs and products and develop overall Go-to-market and marketing strategy.
Ensure an efficient product development and coordinate SCRUM teams.
Identify technology providers and service partners for digital product building (from initial PoC to minimum viable product to Beta-Version to marketable product)
Evaluate and constantly update digital solution space, track competitive developments and educate relevant Clariant employees about digital solutions.
