The focus as Project Manager will be on Business Development. Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Support the definition and implementation of business development activities, especially the implementation of sales tools and pricing-related topics • Manage projects defined by Rieter`s Group Executive Committee, e.g. in the fields of strategy, organizational design, functional excellence (focus: sales, R&D, operations), growth • Collaborate closely with the Business Groups and other Group functions |
Your Profile • Master of Science in Engineering & EMBA or Master of Economics • Min. 5 years’ experience in similar role, e.g. in Group Development, a leadership role in Sales & Marketing, or in a top-tier consulting firm • Strongly analytically minded and strong problem solving skills • Strong conceptual capabilities • Proven expertise in change management and transformation • Experience in closely working with Senior Management and meeting tight timelines • A certain affinity to technology/ products |
