Tasks



  • Responsible for the Controlling of one to two divisions

  • Analysis, interpretation and support of monthly, half yearly and year end closing processes for the respective divisions including Performance Controlling and KPI's

  • Reconciliation, analysis and interpretation of the reports (eg risk reports) in comparison to division reports (IFRS), together with corporate service functions where required

  • Monthly forecast with strong business focus

  • Coordination of/ contribution to budget and long term planning processes

  • Optimization and enhancement of processes and of controlling tools

  • Assistance and support with the creation of business plans as well as with various projects

  • 1st level support with IFRS questions


Profile



  • Master's degree in Business Administration (university/ university of applied sciences) and/ or Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position

  • Professional know-how of financial derivatives, energy derivatives a plus

  • Good IFRS knowledge

  • Good MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel)

  • Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management desirable, SAP/ SAP BI knowledge a plus

  • Self-starter; independent, reliable and proactive personality

  • Fluent in English, German a plus

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to stay calm in hectic situations

  • Passion to work in an international, multidisciplinary and dynamic environment
