Your main tasks

• Technical management of the Hardware & Software product design team


• Setting-up and strategic development of the organisation/department


• Advancing the digitisation of products incl. Change


• Participation in projects


• Coordination with other departments (in particular the deployment of resources in projects)


• Participation in the continuous improvement of development processes, structures and methods


• Planning, organisation and controlling of internal workflows and processes


• Ensuring the flow of information and communication between superordinate, subordinate and external bodies


• Budget planning and cost monitoring in the area of responsibility


• Well-developed international network in the industry and training establishments/schools

Your profile

• Technical degree at university/institute of technology, college of applied science level, specialising in software or
  electronics


• Further training in business administration and project management


• Several years of management and project experience


• Interdisciplinary thinking & acting


• Strong communicative personality


• Work experience abroad is an advantage


• Business fluency in German and English
