At our location in Niederönz or across Europe, we are looking for a(n)

Head of Global Training Services & Sales

Main Duties

• Development of a full 5 Year Plan with Financial Projections and execute against this and create, manage and effectively execute on Training Plans to fulfil the needs of the Global Markets


• Responsibility for all Training Courses: Content, Relevance, Timings to ensure the fit with the Corporate Strategy for World Class Service.


• Ensure that we deliver training on an agile way, where customer is in the centre of all Actions (increase ownership, mind-set & attitude, behavior change)


• Provide quality feedback in a structured way for the development of the teams & individual employees and manage the Global Training Team to high values and agreed upon KPI’s & targets


• Support HR & Head of Service to identify key talents, help develop training plan for their development with HR. Identify competency gaps within the existing organization and for the future organizations, create training plans & concepts accordingly


• Develop new Training Programs with blended learning to reduce classroom time and increase effectiveness.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in learning and development role, ideally in highly technical environment


• Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational company, ideally within Service & Sales. Experience in sales & service training or organizational coaching


• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools.


• Support and live our values of openness, innovation and commitment, support employees and manager to embrace our culture


• Ability to travel regularly, minimum 50%. In particular Asia incl. China will be a focus


• Technical background preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering
