What's the role?


The main goal of this internship is to characterize measurement performance of prototypes and vital system components. As part of a team with electronic, software and mechanical engineers you will help to drive the performance to unmet levels.


Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for 8 - 12 months

What does the role involve?


As intern in our department you’ll be part of developing next generation of measurements products. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop a novel inductive scanner and other non-destructive testing sensors.


Your key responsibilities will be - Planning and building of test set-ups - Conducting and optimizing manual and automated performance tests of prototypes and system components - Signal acquisition and signal processing of analogue sensors -
Extending and maintaining existing Matlab script for automated signal acquisition -
Data analysis in Matlab - Documentation and presentation of experimental results.

What you need is:



  • Engineering or natural science student

  • Good knowledge of Matlab; IT/SW development-friendly mindset

  • Interest in measuring technologies and electronics

  • Willingness to accept short tasks to support daily business

  • Good English skills

  • A proactive approach and self-reliant personality

  • Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed
