What's the role?

Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months.

What does the role involve?


As intern in our department you’ll be part of Hilti`s global inhouse-consultancy for Supply Management. You’ll work closely with our experts to develop the roadmap towards an inventory policy that is fully aligned with the risk situation.


Your key responsibilities will be analyzing the current inventory and risk situation, identifying process improvement options as well as aligning the feasibility of the various concepts with the stakeholders, quantitatively assessing the business implications and driving the top management decision.

Because of its very nature, the Sourcing Excellence team offers a lot of exposure to Senior and Executive Management. Our track record of preparing interns for a steep career path is according.

What you need is:



  • Master or Bachelor in Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration etc.

  • Profound MS-Office skills; particular interest in corporate IT and QM systems)

  • A knack for getting things done and making sophisticated concepts work in a real-life and highly international business environment

  • Energy, courage and sharp thinking

  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and ideally another language (German would be an advantage)
