You predominantly will have to look into various electrical actuator concepts which implies a wrap-up of existing papers but particularly scopes the identification and investigation of one highly efficient topology. Adequate simulation work shall be carried out in order to underpin key findings. Subsequently electronic components shall be sourced and compared with regards to weight, packaging and costs. A crucial part will be the evaluation of compact semiconductor switching elements in terms of durability in the context of a pulse application.
