Tasks


HR Database maintenance (Workday)



  • Position and Job Requisition creation

  • Hire, Job Changes (Promotion, Transfer, Lateral Move etc…), Termination

  • Time off, Leave of Absence

  • Answer questions from HR and employees


Employee administration support



  • Maintenance of the online onboarding templates in Workday

  • Employment agreements, amendments, attestations

  • Ensure that all PeopleTracker administration is done properly (Temporary employees)

  • Employees file maintenance

  • Onboarding (first day) package preparation

  • Letters (Promotion, demotion, transfer etc…)

  • Termination (Acknowledgement, Settlement agreement…)

  • Work Certificates


Ad Hoc HR administration



  • Bank Holidays Management and communication

  • Email to IT (account request)

  • Provide payslip and attestation upon request

  • Creation and maintenance of a contracts, letters and other document library

  • Scan and filing documents in personal files

  • Work authorization requests

  • Local Census / Statistics


Skills/Knowledge Required:



  • Organizational and planning skills, including demonstrated ability to: handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set goals and enforce deadlines while maintaining flexibility to reassess and prioritize goals, and recognizing when to escalate

  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven teamwork track record is a must:  ability to work in groups with assigned responsibilities to achieve desired results

  • In-depth self-starter with the ability to work independently to resolve issues

  • Computer literacy, including all Microsoft Office, Workday or similar, and general knowledge of data file transfers

  • High standard of customer service

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • English Native, French and/or other language a plus
