What's the role?


As part of the Global Customer Service team you will closely work together with the global application software departments and the regional Customer Service organizations to simplify and improve the current 2nd level software support processes. You will take the lead to share best practices, drive projects and implement new processes and systems with our business units and market organizations.

What does the role involve?


Selling software solutions at Hilti became an integrative part of our strategy. Consequently, providing proper software support through Customer Service will change the way Customer Service will function in the future. As an expert in software support, you will first need to get a sound understanding of the existing software support processes in our BU’s and markets for our various applications. As a Project Manager, you will simplify and standardize these processes to serve our end-customers and internal users. Next, you will share best practices and assure the proper usage across our global Customer Service 2nd level support departments. As a driver for our change management processes you will coach our regional teams and establish a first contact solution for software requests.

What you need is:



  • Master or bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration

  • 3-5 years’ experience in application software solutions (e.g. ON!Track, PROFIS) and software support processes

  • English a must, German considered as a plus.

  • Result oriented, structured, team player with a passion to make difference

  • Open to international travel (10%)
