Working in Hilti’s Global Logistics Distribution organization, your priority will be to developing the Global Warehousing strategy, then, own and implement a significant part of our global distribution processes.

You will develop and implement the global warehouse strategy including benchmarking, technology, insourcing vs outsourcing, operational excellence, lean and so on.
You will also act as owner and single point of contact for assigned global processes. Your function is a vital link between the standard process platform and global operations. You are curious and continuously thriving to identify new, more productive approaches to logistics processes, including LEAN approaches. You will lead or contribute as an expert to cross-divisional roll-out / improvement projects and strategies to ensure effective end-to-end process. You will also be in charge of handling process information, documentation, training and reporting.
