For our location in Allschwil/Basel we are looking for a

Quality Assurance Administrator 50 – 70 %

Your responsibilities:

• Administration of controlle


• GPM documents including Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Forms


• Implementation of an electronic Document Management System


• Participation on global Document Management team


• Support for Quality metrics including reporting and charts


• Support for other Quality initiatives


• Back-up for other Quality electronic systems such as Trackwise and Learning Management System

• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably Quality Assurance


• Proficiency with Word and Excel


• Ability to express detail in simple terminology, both written and verbal


• Command of English and German language at professional level


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• High level of accuracy and efficiency
