• You a challenging and comprehensive role within our Ship Finance Department based in Zurich and Basel. You would join a dynamic international working environment with motivated and accomplished specialists


• You a management position with the Ship Finance department to evaluate international shipping clients, loan structures and shipping segments


• The unique chance to become the team head of seasoned Relationship Managers / Analysts and Client Advisors being responsible to lead, coach and develop the team who is supporting the strategically important Wealth Management Lending Business


• The accountability to be the administrative management of a regional loan portfolio in the Ship Finance segment


• Supervising the Due Diligence in respect of credit, KYC (Know Your Client), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and reputational aspects as part of our onboarding process of new clients and periodic reviews of the existing ones


• Shared Compliance and Business risk responsibilities with Sales and Acquisition on covered clients


• You the chance to implement new processes and governance guidelines if needed


• Senior partner networking with our Key Account Managers and PB RM’s, Business & Process Management, First Line of Defence Services, Legal & Compliance, Credit Risk Management and further central functions

 

You Offer

 

• University degree in Banking & Finance, Banking apprenticeship with further education such as FH or adequate education; profound credit- / ship finance experience; a CFA would be beneficial


• Previous Management experience leading a team of specialists in a changing environment


• Good analytical skills and you have a distinctive flair for numbers


• High sense of responsibility and ownership, you can work under pressure, you have high perception and interpersonal skills as well as discretion and affinity to client contact


• Dynamic and able to motivate others to build a high performance team


• Fluency in English, further language skills – specifically German – would be an advantage
