Your area of responsibility

Compensation:

  • Support development, international implementation and administration of compensation programs

  • Further harmonize existing HR / compensation & benefit processes, e.g. salary review

  • Support activities around performance management (process, tool, communication, reporting)

  • Support international rollout of job evaluation system

  • Coordinate participation in compensation surveys, support local benchmark activities, train HR in benchmarking

  • Follow market developments (regulatory changes, trends and best practices in C&B, etc.)

  • Drive and/or support international HR projects, e.g. implementation of HRIS

HR Controlling and Reporting:

  • Set up sophisticated HR reporting system (processes, definitions, tools, templates), which ensures access to reliable data & analyses on divisional level and which forms the basis for HR prognostics in future

  • Set up and continuously improve HR Controlling framework


Your profile



  • Digital-savvy person with business acumen, excellent analytical skills and a positive can do attitude who enjoys working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary, team-oriented environment

  • Education in Business Administration, Business Process Management, HRM or Finance

  • Further education in compensation is an advantage, minimum: strong functional and technical knowledge of general compensation practices

  • A minimum of 3 years' profound experience in developing, implementing and administrating compensation systems; international and interdisciplinary HR process knowledge required

  • Experience in setting up HR reporting/controlling systems, processes and databases is an advantage

  • Advanced skills in any of the current analytical tools including but not limited to Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English, French is a plus
