Senior Manager Global Specialty Channels Consumer Experience

Referenznummer: R-19991An attractive work place at our Consumer Goods Business (CGB) and Finance and Administration (F&A) Headquarters with about 500 employees. In this role, you will serve as the voice of the customer throughout the organization, with a focus on specialty channel retail touchpoints and the consistency of the experience received within them. You will ensure the flawless delivery of truly exceptional customer shopping experiences across devices and stores, harmonizing the online and digital experience. You will be reporting to the SVP Omnichannel Management.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT


Your main duties will include the following:


- Spearheading projects facilitating an omnichannel framework and ongoing discipline that ensures effective collaboration between cross-functional teams, which requires unifying the vision and approach of the various departments involved in the retail execution and consumer journey


- Developing the retail execution strategy, by working cross-functionally to define measurable objectives, strategic initiatives, and key deliverables based on business goals and consumer demands


- Determining the required omnichannel approach and identifying the appropriate media and messaging mix to bring these to life for the consumer


- Identifying omnichannel touchpoints and redefining the consumer journey to create a consistent consumer experience across various retail formats and locations


- Overseeing the development of short- and long-range plans to improve consumer engagement while constantly reporting on KPI’s and driving transformation by leveraging data


- Overseeing the creation of integrated plans across all channels and functions while focusing on a seamless consumer experience


- Implementing the brand storytelling strategy, clearly defining messaging and timing and the communication hierarchy and its implementation with cross functional teams to drive traffic and conversion


- Identifying new opportunities and developing and directing an integrated activation of the retail execution strategy to maximize results


- Leveraging the promotional planning process to ensure that communications and programs are consistent with the Swarovski brand identity


- Ensuring constant evaluation of the multi-brand channel for a consumer experience consistent with brand requirements, striving towards the standards of the mono-brand stores


WHAT WE EXPECT


A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:


- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a proven track record of successfully managing multi-brand brick-and-mortar retailers, preferably in the affordably luxury / luxury consumer goods industry


- Experience in developing and managing a variety of multi-brand marketplace formats and demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in a connected retail/e-Commerce capacity


- Solid knowledge of retail metrics, merchandising fundamentals, and distribution planning


- Demonstrated ability to apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to create change in the business environment


- Strong leadership skills, strategic vision, a focus on tactical integration and measurable results


- Excellent analytical skills


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders on all organizational levels


- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
