Marketing Process Manager Watches & Accessories


Ort: Zurich area




Referenznummer: R-20213You will find an attractive work place at our Consumer Goods Business and Finance & Administration Headquarters with about 500 employees. In this position, you will report directly to the Director Marketing Operations.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT


Your main duties will be the following:


- Developing, implementing, orchestrating and continuously improving the Watches & Accessories Idea-to-shelf process


- Mastering development timelines and gate deliverables to execute collections with excellence and enable the development of compelling concepts, products and brand stories


- Planning and organizing gate meetings in terms of objectives, agendas and participants


- Supporting consistent process execution across Design, Product Management, Product Development and Supply Chain functions


- Supporting end-to-end integration of major stakeholders along the Idea-to-shelf process


- Reporting the readiness status and pro-actively addressing risks and deviations to all relevant parties


- Managing capacity alignments among all stakeholders along the development process


- Managing regular Process Performance review meetings with identified Process Improvements Leads across all functions


- Providing Product Lifecycle Management system support and trainings to business users and identifying system improvements


- Continuously improving tools used for planning, monitoring, reporting, analyzing and presentation purposes


- Managing, assessing and optimizing marketing resources with formalized best practices, processes, systems and metrics


WHAT WE EXPECT


We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:


- 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting of a premium retail company


- Profound experience in leading processes and managing systems within Marketing


- Strong expertise in project- and change management


- Ability to influence key stakeholders through well-drafted messages


- Highly developed analytical and strategic thinking


- Experience in managing global networks of experts


- Experience in translating business needs into IT requirements


- Excellent MS-Office and overall IT skills


- Strong presentation and moderation skills


- Customer and result orientation
