Position at Numbrs Personal Finance AG

As a Customer Support Representative at Numbrs, you will be responsible for identifying,troubleshooting and resolving any issues our users might encounter.
Thanks to your empathy and professionality, you deliver an excellent customer experience by e-mail and through our chat.You work closely with technical teams to report customer issues while providing timely status updates to our users. You will collect and analyse customer feedback as well as possible trends in customer issues, in order to provide insights and suggestions on how to improve our product and processes.


All candidates will have



  • native German with excellent level of English (or vice versa)

  • experience in customer support or equivalent

  • keen desire to help people and improve user experience

  • strong technical understanding and interest in internet companies and mobile apps

  • ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

  • excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively solve customer inquiries

  • ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

  • ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

  • quick to learn and fast to adapt to changing environments

  • excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities by focus on quality


Ideally, candidates will also have



  • Prior experience in an international environment

  • Basic knowledge of banking domain
