Finance Manager (Replacement maternity leave - 9 months fixed-term contract)

Mission


To carry out financial and management accounting tasks in connection with Pictet AM entities. This can include invoicing, payments, financial analysis, accruals calculations.


Responsibilities



  • To carry out financial and management accounting tasks in connection with Pictet AM entities. This can include invoicing, payments, financial analysis, accruals calculations, etc.

  • To participate in the preparation of financial statements of Pictet AM entities.

  • To implement reports used to monitor costs.

  • To help draw up analyses and presentations intended for senior management.

  • To participate in various one-off project if needed.


Profile



  • University degree (Master's) and/or training in finance deemed equivalent.

  • Solid Previous experience in finance with an Asset Manager.

  • Expert user of the standard office IT tools (MS Office and Excel in particular); knowledge of SAP would be a plus.

  • Fluent spoken and written English and French.

  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
