Project Manager (f/m) for "Design & Delivery" 100%Zürich-OerlikonDuties and responsibilities:
Drive strategic evolution and transformation of the Customer Service operating model
Leading a team of six project managers both from Sunrise direct and external contracting resource
Responsible for the scoping, design and implementation of changes generated across Sunrise into the Customer Service function
Provide consultative support and advice to other functions within Sunrise on Customer Service, impacts, benefits and feasibility
Responsibility for the identification and implementation of improvements to Customer Service ways of working and operating model
Clear focus on measurement of initiatives and improvement of core Customer Service KPI’s and budget
Active stakeholder management across the entire Sunrise organization working with all levels of the Business demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills
Planning and monitoring of testing and operational readiness
Lead on change delivery and embedding to the Operational teams both in house and at partner locations
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Telco industry would be preferred but is not mandatory
You will have experience of managing direct and virtual teams bringing strong leadership and team development skills
You will bring strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to provide imaginative solutions
You are an effective negotiator and can drive great outcomes
Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills
