Mission


As the Cyber Security Manager dedicated to Pictet Technology & Operations division, you will deliver advisory and technical support to help the Bank improve its capacity to respond to the dynamic Cyber Security threats and other challenges. You will provide information security domain expertise and utilise your business insight to work closely with various IT and business professionals to advise, design, build and deploy pragmatic security solutions that will give real and tangible benefits.


As a hands-on leader with substantive cyber security experience, you will also manage the IT Coordinator, the IT Risk Analyst as well as the Head of a small team of Information Security Analysts working in our Security Operations Center (SOC).


Responsibilities



  • As a subject matter expert positioned on the “first line of defence”, act on active and emerging cyber threat trends and lead the development of capabilities to detect and respond to same.

  • Supervise the Security Operations Center (SOC) leader: the SOC is a team of cyber threat analysts and/or security specialists skilled in threat intelligence, digital forensic investigations, penetration testing, intrusion detection and response as well as incident response.

  • Lead and manage the response to cyber security incidents, including the preparation of summary reports.

  • Define and refine effective incident response playbooks/processes for a range of threat scenarios.

  • Define and maintain relevant KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and KRI’s (Key Risk Indicators).

  • Provide necessary and relevant advice pertaining to Cyber Security issues and policy to the members of the Technology & Operations Executive Committee.


Profile



  • University degree or equivalent qualification in an Information Technology related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Cyber Security etc.)

  • 7-10 years of solid experience in a technical cyber security role as a cyber threat analyst or similar role

  • Substantive technical cyber security expertise related to current and emerging targeted and opportunistic threats

  • Professional certification in cyber/information security (such as, for example, CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISO 27001) would be a plus

  • Experience in working in a regulated environment, in Security Audit, Forensics, Ethical Hacking, Infrastructure and Network Security or Security Architecture would be a an asset

  • 3 to 5 years of management experience

  • Strong analytical critical thinking skills; able to understand/anticipate how threat scenarios could evolve and develop effective response plans

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Excellent command of French and English. Knowledge of German or Swiss German would be a plus

  • Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate
