Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

• In coordination with global senior stakeholders (matrix structure), evaluate current x-functional/divisional business processes (end-to-end), identify potential areas for improvement, propose future business process designs, and support business process re-engineering initiatives to increase effectiveness and efficiency


• Assess impacts of and provide solutions/direction on strategic, enterprise and baseline opportunities from a cost, efficiency, effectiveness/value standpoint (includes the compilation, analysis and identification of opportunities)


• Assess the quantifiable and qualitative benefits that the business can obtain by moving from the current state to the future state business design


• Define, design and execute Bruker BioSpin Group's Risk Management framework and risk strategy as risk business partner/owner by providing proactive advices regarding current and future risk management requirements and opportunities for improving the framework


• Design and support the implementation and execution of the global Bruker BioSpins Process and Quality assurance framework for continuous improvement that helps drive growth and optimize performance


• Drive key risk and quality assurance initiatives and projects applying industry-leading practices and methodologies


• Enhance, refine and implement Bruker BioSpin Group's Risk Management framework, end-to-end processes and quality assurance frameworks, including training and guidelines for the management of risks, as well as monitoring and maintaining the frameworks, including documentation, performance assessment and respective metrics and KPI's

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Law, Organizational Development, Engineering or an related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)


• Experienced in supporting business process re-engineering efforts and monitoring/reporting with using Lean Six Sigma methodologies


• Experienced in Design and execution of risk management


• Capable of producing timely, logical and concise work products


• Ability to identify, research, produce documentation and briefings under tight deadlines, lead and influence the strategic direction of risk management


• Proven change and project management experience


• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus


• Superior oral and written communication skills, including clear organization and concise presentation in fluent German and English


• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to work effectively independently and in a team oriented environment


• Ability to work with senior officials, to manage priorities, to build and sustain professional networks in a diverse, fast-paced and multi-task environment


• Practical and hands-on team player, self-starter


• Occasional travel will be required (approx. 20%)


• Based in Faellanden, Zurich or Ettlingen, Germany
