In this challenging position, you will be responsible for the service lifecycle management of a product family, as well as for the planning and execution of strategically relevant projects for Hilti Global Tool Service. Together with the product development team and the global service community you will develop and ensure implementation of global standards for physical repairs and service levels. You will have joint responsibility to guarantee continuous improvement of service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will play key role in product development projects to establish the link between the knowledge available in the service community and the development of new products by defining and managing design to service actions.
You will be responsible for the definition of service concept and standards for your product category as well as for the training concept and knowledge transfer.
In strong collaboration with global team of experts you will ensure the implementation of repair standards and performance targets for different service regions.
