As the Global BU Assistant for PG Transformers, you will be part of a dynamic and international team, supporting the Global BU Managing Director Transformers and his immediate team. This position will prioritize and manage travel organization and agenda, and provide other administrative and clerical services.

Aufgaben :


• Organize business critical travel arrangements, meetings and conferences, as well as manage office infrastructure for team members

• Manage schedule for the BU Managing Director, review emails for critical matters, prioritize and liaise with executive assistants around the globe

• Serve as administrative contact for incoming phone calls, visitors, etc.; initiate action and make judgments about urgency of issues

• Responsible for different communication tasks within the BU ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keep others up to date including maintaining SharePoint sites

• Implement ABB processes and initiate continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

• Check and handle management invoices and expense reports

• Provide confidential support to individual executives and/or management team members

• Perform administrative activities and take responsibility for delivering specific BU processes/programs/projects


Anforderungen:


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role combined with demonstrable experience in effectively working in an international, multi-cultural and fast-paced business environment
• Significant experience of effectively working and interacting with all levels of an international organization, ideally in a highly service oriented business model
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with a high level of tolerance to ambiguity
• Flexible with regard of changing workload
• Service minded, self-driven attitude and sensitivity to concerns of various cultures
• High level of professionalism and ambition towards continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Highest standard of integrity and discretion
• Excellent MS office skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus
