Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

Your team:
You will be working in the Group Strategy team in Zürich. Group Strategy is part of the Corporate Development team which also includes Group M&A. It acts as an independent advisor to the Board of Directors, the Group Executive Board, the Group CEO and CFO, and the CEOs of the divisions and regions. The team works in a cross-functional setup in close collaboration with the different business divisions, functions, and external parties to fulfill its role.
Your expertise:
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration.
In particular, you have:
• First (internship) experience in a strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or corporate development department
• Sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• Autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
• Interest to work in a fast-paced international environment
• Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
• Extensive past experience with MS Office, in particular Excel and Power Point
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
