Business Process Specialist - Maximo

Main responsibilities for the role


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage minor change requests for Maximo processes

  • Setup of equipment maintenance models/templates

  • Maximo System change requests & system data maintenance

  • Maximo configuration to provide accurate data for contract management and periodical invoicing

  • Develop Service Operations business processes and way of working

  • Service business process owner and point of contact with BIO and ITGSS

  • Develop and publish business rules, way of working and business process maps

  • Development of Maximo reporting incl: minor system configurations to support new reports

  • Assist business control in developing and reporting KPIs to measure service

  • Development of Maximo reporting business rules & publish to KB

  • Development of training material for users of Maximo systems

  • Develop and publish system user guidelines

  • Support with delivery of end user training incl: on-site training and webinars

  • Provide third level technical systems support

  • Lead Maximo implementations at new contract sites incl: development, training and go live

  • activities

  • Support with implementation of the new Maximo system


Your profile



  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Maintenance Planning

  • Well-developed knowledge of asset management processes and systems

  • Heavy equipment / Mining / Construction Industry Experience

  • Mobile plant maintenance and asset management experience

  • Well-developed Project Management experience

  • Strong customer service focus

  • Ability to work as part of an integrated, broad team

  • Flexible, self-motivated with demonstrated initiative

  • Excellent customer relations and active listening skills

  • Highly developed time management and organizational skills

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills

  • Ability to identify customer needs through effective questioning and communication

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent change management skills


Your Education / Experience:



  • Technical or trade qualification

  • Maximo certified user

  • Asset management training
