To our IT Service Desk in Sandviken, we are now looking for three technically interested and highly service-minded Service Desk Analysts. Your mission – Ensure a high-quality service level in our IT support across the Group
As a Service Desk Analyst, you provide first-line technical support for computer applications and hardware to all internal users across the Sandvik Group. Your daily tasks include answering questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, system status and downtime procedures – always focusing on a high-quality service level. You maintain a troubleshooting tracking log, ensuring timely resolution of problems, and you support users in the use of computer equipment and internal systems by providing necessary training and advice. The support is conducted by phone, email and remote support and all incoming cases are logged in our ticket handling tool.
Based on business needs we support the organization around the clock, and working in shifts, including evenings and weekends, is part of this position.
Your character – A professional problem-solver with an excellent service approach
We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably within the IT field, and a few years’ experience of working with technical support in an IT service organization. You have good skills in Office 365 and Windows 10, and we value experience from previous customer service assignments. Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Swedish are necessary as you use these languages to communicate with customers and documenting cases. Knowledge of Finnish is beneficial.
