For our Business Unit DHL Freight Switzerland we are looking for a

Head of Controlling, 100% (M/F)

based in Pratteln, Basel-Land, Switzerland

Accountabilities

• Monitoring and analysis of results and key figures atterminal and product level with

   Budget and year-on-year comparison

• Creation of weekly forecasts

• Correct representation of the workforce and monitoring of personnel costs

• Ensuring correct and transparent monthly financial statements

• Creation of theterminal and product budget and forecast in consultation with the

   Terminal and production manager

• Maintenance and development controlling tools and databases

• Balance Sheet review coordination

• Creation and monitor of investment proposals

• Participation in the preparation of personnel applications

• Monitoring compliance with financial literacy

• Internal control system coordination

• Preparation of proposals and measures to improve results

• Ad hoc analysis

Requirements

• Education or Know How in Financial Management, Accounting and Controlling

• Thinks analytically, innovatively and customer-oriented

• German and English skills mandatory

• Acts goal-oriented and result-oriented

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Good understanding of business developments and economic relationships

• Quick comprehension, independent and efficient work, conceptual ability

• Very good Excel skills, good IT skills in general

• Self-responsibility and social competence

• Good assertiveness, conflict resolution

• Load capacity, flexibility

• Good behaviour

• Team player

• Proven people management skills
