To support our Hospitality & Ticketing Department within the FIFA Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit an experienced person with the ability to work in cross-divisional teams as a:
Senior Ticketing Customer Relation Manager
Your duties


  • Responsible for establishment of ticket sales & pricing strategy

  • Management of ticket Sales and reporting

  • Plan and oversee the sales processes and manage customer services

  • Responsible for Procurement of IVR & Call Centre (incl. and train the call centre staff)

  • Establishment of ticket sales & pricing strategy

  • Responsible for ticket revenue forecasts

  • Oversee and manage Customer Relationship Management for General Public and for Group Sales Customers

  • Responsible for Procurement of IVR & Call Centre (incl. and train the call centre staff)

  • Responsible for the CRM quality management; training, control, monitoring and CRM issue reporting

  • Keen in dealing/understanding needs with/of relevant stakeholders (General public / Group sales customer)
Our requirements


  • University degree, Sports marketing or equal

  • Proven track record and 5-10 years of experience in the ticketing area for bigger sports event, experience in event management, venue operations and onsite operations is a must

  • Extensive understanding of basic legal contracts in the ticketing area, 3-5 years’ experience in ticketing handling and product management

  • Experience in using a ticketing system for sports events

  • Experience in leading strategic ticketing sales processes

  • Good understanding of new technology as well as project management

  • Highly proficient with MS Project and MS Office Suite

  • Strong affinity for IT systems

  • Good communications skills and fluent (C1
