Starting with Phase I of the development process and continuing through to product maturity, PT makes medicines at sites around the world and includes more than 13 000 employees worldwide.
In this role, you will be supporting the group wide Nexus program and you are a member of the PT Project Management Leadership Team within the PT Business process and ERP roadmap area of the program.
Nexus is an enterprise wide initiative across all divisions and multiple business functions, it combines process harmonization, system standardization and increased automation.
As PT Program Integration Manager, you are coordinating all aspects of the Nexus ERP program such as introducing standards across streams, reviewing quality and consistency of work products and solutions and ensuring that the IT architecture is well integrated with functional needs. You are performing holistic risk mitigation and issues management. You are developing options analyses for leadership team decisions and developing the implementation plan aligned with other program leads as well as PT internal plans and projects. You will report into the PT program lead.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You will create and manage go-live scenarios and handle the transition between project stages, ensuring the project as a whole is ready to move to the next stage.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
You bring SAP general knowledge of Record to Report, Order to Cash, Logistics, Plan to Manufacture, Procure to Pay, Data, Testing, Security, Infrastructure, Development, Change Management and Project Management.
You are focused on delivery and execution and you have a can-do attitude. You have strong interpersonal skills. You bring experience in working in an international matrix organization across functions and cultures and fluent English language skills. You are an organized self-starter, detail and results oriented, with a confirmed ability to meet milestones and hence able to work under stress and balance priorities.
