Ensure the deployment, testing, support, configuration and monitoring of applications/services within his/her domain in accordance with the principles and guidance from Architecture, Security & Strategy (DGI / SIX) and Solution Design
Work in close collaboration with Solution Designers, Product Owners and stakeholders
Promote open communication, give regularly feedback and provide all information the teams may need
Propose and discuss preventive maintenance measures to/with service manager and solution designer with subsequent implementation
Support or perform System Integration Testing and End-to-End Testing with customers or external partners according to requirements and SIX standards (e.g. regression tests)
Provide effective and timely 2nd/3rd level incident and problem support for applications with response and availability levels stipulated in SLAs
Work in close collaboration with 2nd/3rd level support of other applications and external vendors; provide technical application support for business
Ensure the delivery of projects and orders
Deliver correct estimates and check their exactness during and after integration cycle
Your profile
Higher technical education, technical school
Relevant professional experience from 2 to 6 years
Experience in tool engineering and system engineering and system integration projects and system integration tests
Experience in SQL, Oracle, RedHat Linux, shell scripting, Splunk, Selenium Test automation, JIRA, Confluence and Integration Tools like Hudson
Experience in Process Modeling within a BPM Application
Broad technical knowledge
Understanding of business needs and IT requirements
Ability to prioritize and sequence business needs and to manage dependencies and risks
Open for new technologies, methods and best practices in software integration, testing and deployment.
Self-reliant way of working, good communication skills (vendor interactions)
Good spoken and written skills in German and English
