Do you have the ambition to establish our online casino and take it to the top?


The market for online casinos in Switzerland will be regulated from 2019. Only land-based casinos in Switzerland are eligible to apply for the online concession assigned by the government. The Grand Casino Luzern (GCL) is well prepared and will apply for the online concession. The GCL is cooperating with an international operator and platform supplier with extensive experience in the online gaming business. From day one, we will be able to offer Swiss customers a highly competitive, broad and unique casino offering.



  • Join the start-up team to set up the GCL online business, mainly focusing on sales and marketing preparations in order to create a strong marketing plan covering an effective mix of media channels (i.e. digital, print, TV, radio) in Switzerland; you will have full access to, for example, Facebook and Google

  • P & L responsibility after launch to market

  • Guarantee compliance of all activities with the Swiss law

  • Drive brand awareness and sales propositions to deliver growth in accordance with set strategy, targets and KPIs, and ensure the GCL becomes one of the top online casinos in Switzerland

  • Maximise and utilise the potential of omnichannel marketing in cooperation with the local marketing team and the fantastic venue of the GCL

  • Leverage all available resources within the organisation of the GCL and its online gaming supplier to effectively drive the commercial agenda across all teams

  • Actively deliver consumer insights to the retention team

  • Report to CEO


Ihre Qualifikationen


Applicants must be highly sales and results oriented, and have excellent people skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster understanding across teams are also essential. Further requirements:



  • Experience of the German speaking online gaming market

  • Documented previous online experience in sales and/or marketing

  • Native German and/or French speaker

  • Excellent business English

  • High energy and drive

  • Entrepreneurial hands-on mentality

  • You share our core values based on business ethics and responsible gaming
