Senior Product Owner Mobile App Platform – Digital BankingOur agile Software Delivery team develops and implements innovative Fintech solutions for the digital bank of tomorrow. We are responsible for a secure Mobile App Platform, providing framework features around native apps for iOS and Android. In order to grow our team, we are looking for you, a dedicated and experienced Product Owner with a technical background and an excellent understanding of security technologies. You have good leadership experience and understand that your success relies on your ability to inspire others. You support a culture of experimentation and learning, and you value agility and reliability in equal measure.
Your mission:
As a dedicated Product Owner, you will lead two subteams in developing new features and products in an exciting technological environment. You will be the public face of the team to project stakeholders.
Prioritize all work of the team
Educate the team in your owned domain
Facilitate requirements modeling sessions
Act as a stakeholder proxy for the team
Represent the team to the stakeholder community
Demo solutions to key stakeholders
Monitor and communicate team status
Educate stakeholders in the process followed by the team
Negotiate priorities, scope and schedule
Develop our product in close cooperation with Product Management
Support our sales organization
Your background:
Solid education in software engineering (university degree)
Several years of experience in mobile app development in both iOS and Android
Deep and up to date knowledge in state of the art information security technologies
Proven record as a Software Product Manager or Product Owner
Experience leading and managing a team of Software Engineers
Experience as a Java Full Stack Software Developer is an advantage
Very good English skills, German is an advantage
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
