Your team:
The Tax Reclaim Team covers a variety of international markets - Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, etc. and is in close cooperation with our outsourcing partner in Luxembourg.
The position is located in Schaffhausen, however in the beginning the work place can be in Zurich-Altstetten.
Your expertise:
You are:
• Totally focused on client service and processes
• Customer orientated and focused on service quality
• Fluent in German and English
• Good team worker who thrives in a team based environment
You have:
• Prior experience in Operational taxes is required (minimum of 2-4 years' experience) and familiar with Tax Reclaim Process
• Knowledge of key concepts of Operational taxes would be an advantage
• Ability to monitor processes and solve problems independently
• Strong analytical and research skills with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Macro skills be an advantage)
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and “team spirit” attitude
