We’re looking for someone like in SAP Competence center who:
– Acts as SME on all process integration topics related to SAP, providing architectural guidance, as well as in-depth technical knowledge on current integration technologies and platforms
– Takes an active, implementation-focused role in current and future projects, covering the entire SDLC from conceptual design through implementation/test phases to post-go-live 3rd level support
– Provides deep technical expertise in the areas of Managed File Transfer, ALE, IDOC, EDI, PI/PO, SOAMANAGER, SAP CPI, API Management and Focused Run
– Is an expert in ABAP/4 and ABAP OO programming, with extensive experience implementing backend services utilizing BAPIs and ABAP Proxies
– Is experienced in the SAP Gateway framework to implement REST/ODATA-based services on the SAP backend, applying a microservices mind-set
– Can organize an interest group related to integration, and acted as mentor to junior project members
– Can perform unit and integration tests of software components for integration into larger subsystems, in accordance with the project's adopted standards
– Can apply standards, methods, techniques, templates as defined by SDLC (code repository handling, code inspection, penetration-avoidance, etc.)
– Can ensure that produced code/ system/ service is secure, with good performance, stable, operational and consistent before handover to SWCM
– Can deliver working results on timely basis and for regularly reporting to SWCM / PM as agreed on
– Is proficient in maintaining version management and versions of software artefacts
– Embeds Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation

Your expertise:
You have:
– Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
– Overall experience of 10+ years and minimum of 8 years of SAP software development experience in a software development organization required
– SAP application architecture & solution designing background with 2-3 SAP end to end projects, specializing in process integration
– ABAP Development experience, particularly in the areas of BAPIs, ALE, IDocs, EDI, PI/PO
– Expert level ABAP/4, ABAP OO
– Experience in Webservices, XML, OOAD, Java, JavaScript. ABAP on HANA a plus
– Knowledge of tRFC, qRFC, bgRFC technologies. DRF and AIF experience a plus
– Good knowledge of Domain Driven Design, Object Oriented Design, Functional Paradigm and different flavours of modern technical architectures
– Experience with generic programming with a 'can do attitude'
– Experience in working within Agile/Global teams
– Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
