• A challenging and exciting position as IT Program Architect at one of Credit Suisse’s strategic and global key programs ‘Business Records Management’, reporting into the IT program manager and leading a team of 2 IT stream leads and 6 internal / external solution architects / data architects


• In this role you are accountable for the target IT architecture (integration architecture with outsourced cloud solution, in house build components to be operated as a SaaS), the data migration (migration approach, source system analysis, target data model incl. transformations) and scope (integration technologies, interface specification, big data / cloud architectures), in particular authorization, authentication, messaging / notifications, landing zone, legacy adaptor, hashing service, delivery channels. You will be responsible for the quality assurance of all program IT deliverables, in particular by conducting reviews, providing approvals and ensuring all necessary external reviews.


• As the program architect you will oversee the target solution PoC (proof of concept) uses cases, ensure PoC environment is ready for executing these use cases. You will provide direction on program level in regards to IT architecture related topics and IT deliverables. You will globally represent the program in all IT architecture related topics towards program executive management and sponsors, senior IT stakeholders, senior business partners and the vendor chief IT architect. In collaboration with the senior program management you will provide all necessary inputs for the business case (e.g. IT internal effort estimations, IT assumptions, IT risks, etc.).

You Offer

 

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (alternatively equivalent education in this domain)


• Profound knowledge of Enterprise Architectures (processes, tools, methods) including data models, SOA, micro services, cloud architectures, big data and experience in integrating outsourced solutions, designing SaaS solutions


• You bring several years of hands-on experience as Senior IT Architect in the banking / finance environment within a global and matrix-structured organization


• You have worked in similar roles on large global multi-functional projects enable you to be successful in this role


• You are an open-minded teammate with an enthusiastic and motivated personality and proven experience of solving complex challenges


• You provide leadership to a team of senior solution architects and IT stream leads, you provide advice and guidance in all IT architecture related matters and you show leadership towards senior / executive management within Credit Suisse and towards senior vendor staff


• You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude


• Your good communication skills in English (German is advantageous) allow you to collaborate effectively and to build up professional relationships


• Having worked with Credit Suisse and being familiar with its applications landscape is a big advantage for this role
