Are you passionate about managing complex projects, providing technical and controlling expertise, and mobilizing business and IT partners for the execution of solutions?

We are looking for a Business Process Manager for Diabetes Care Finance Organization.

The position

This position is integrated in the Roche Diabetes Care Organization.

Based in Basel in the DCI (Diabetes Care International) Finance department and reporting to the DCI Business Controller, the Process and Project Manager assumes the following responsibilities:

• Management of intercompany supply chain (ICSC) projects


• Drive ICSC projects and change management activities


• Integrate new group suppliers (vendors) and new sales affiliates (customers)


• Develop strategic partnership with global and local partners


• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and act as binding member between IT and business to find efficient solutions in a complex environment


• Mobilize internal SMEs as required (e.g. business owners, order management, finance, pricing, tax, VAT, etc.)


• Management of process improvements and documentation


• Analyze current processes and drive operational improvement activities with focus on efficiency and compliance


• Ensure appropriate process documentation


• Business controlling activities


• As part of the business controlling team, provide support on product costing and monthly analysis of results

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills and structured work approach with a particular emphasis on quality and timelines.


• Used to work in a dynamic and international environment, team oriented.


• Solid experience in project management and methodology


• Strong technical background (SAP SD, MM, FICO)


• Excellent business understanding


• Excellent communication skills.


• Excellent English skills


• University degree in economics and/or finance; 5 years’ experience in similar function preferred.
