Your tasks

You are part of our new solution engineering team. Together, we define the processes and provide the services and tools required for agile software development within PwC Switzerland. As part of a diverse team, you bring profound and high quality engineering knowhow to the IT organization and to our internal customers.

As part of a diverse team, you bring profound and high quality engineering knowhow to the IT organization and to our internal customers. You develop and maintain the CI/CD process for our diverse landscape of enterprise applications (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS and on premise applications).

For development projects based on C# and Microsoft .NET technologies, you are responsible to plan and setup the implementation stream. You help the team to establish an automation pipeline. In this context, you:

enforce quality standards through automation.

invent new ways to improve software delivery speed and efficiency.

drive change and implement automation wherever possible.

You are a true agilist and can help teams to establish an effective development process using SCRUM.

Your profile

You have a higher-education degree in computer science (university, HF/FH) or comparable practical experience.

You have a profound knowledge and multiple years of experience in software development using C# and the Microsoft .NET framework. You know how to handle the related technologies and tools (e.g. SQL, IIS, ASP.NET, SharePoint).

You know the value of continuous integration, test-driven development and automation. You have experience with VSTS and CI/CD implementations.

You are able to work in a team with a culture that is open, caring and free. You are not afraid to ask for and give constructive feedback.

You have a "can do" attitude and welcome new challenges. You like working on multiple tasks in parallel and are ready to take on responsibility from day one.

You are passionate about learning of business processes and designing innovative solutions. It is easy for you to understand and communicate the needs of your (internal) customers and you are willing to go the extra mile.

You are fluent (written and spoken) in English and German.

Microsoft .NET, C#, Object-Oriented Programming, Agile Development, SCRUM, Visual Studio, UML.
