It takes something special to drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. That’s a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• The Project Manager on our Consulting Delivery team delivers transformation projects to our large / major customers in the cloud and data center area.


• Works with external clients/customers to monitors projects from initiation through closure, accountable for delivering projects on time Controls the financial compliance product on schedule and within budget constraints.



• Responsible for the delivery of complex, high risk projects and maintaining project delivery quality




• Ensures a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project to the stakeholders: customers, management, sales and delivery personnel




• Prepares detailed project plans of an engagement within the standards of project management methodologies detailing schedules, controls, resources, costs and daily tasks, establishing project governance reviews.




• Ensures deviations are processed via defined Change Control process

Essential Requirements

• Strong presentation and communication skills


• Ability to work in a complex / international environment / global accounts


• Proven experience of large projects / program in Cloud / Data Center area


• Results driven and customer satisfaction oriented


• Accuracy in managing financial metrics

Desirable Requirements

• Switzerland Nationality or permit required


• Fluent German and English required. French will be a plus


• Frequent Travel in Switzerland
