About us

We are looking for you as our new Global Product Manager - Regenerative (m/f). In this role you will be part of the Product Management team which is dealing with our product portfolio. In this role you will be part of a passionate and high performing team that is looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial personality who is able to focus on execution and brings strong communication skills. The position is based in Basel, Switzerland and reports to the Global Head Product Management Regenerative.

Your tasks

·Manage and grow the assigned product portfolio internationally in cooperation with product managers in the countries

· Identify and tackle growth opportunities together with the national teams

· Ensure global launch readiness for new products in coordination with Global Regulatory, prepare and implement promotion material and manage launch together with our local partners

· Develop detailed Marketing Plan, tailoring messaging towards local Dentist/Regenerative customer groups, influence positioning, develop promotional concept & mix, set pricing together with Global Launch & Portfolio Management

· Define MarCom and training /education strategy and develop material/content

· Proactively monitor performance (sales, gross margin), seek counteractions quickly to address performance gaps

· Track market and competitors and provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis

· Manage product life cycles including launch and phase out

· Manage, identify and leverage Key Opinion Leaders.

Your profile

Education

· Educated to a degree level (technical, life sciences or business administration)

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management in a regulated environment, preferably in the medical device industry (ideally in the Regenerative area), additional sales or project management is a plus.

· Proven track record in achieving objectives and targets

· Comfort in working within a fast-paced, global business environment is a must

· Multinational minded individual, fluent English and German spoken and written, any other language an advantage
