The positionAs a Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Project Manager, you manage all aspects of Real Estate projects from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, reporting and controlling to closing. One of our main projects at the moment is the expansion of our Headquarters in Zurich-Manegg, where you would be involved in the fit-out and furnishing project as well as in the move itself. In addition you would be highly involved in all kinds of RFQ Processes and the implementation of new facility management services.Your responsibilities
Act as one of our Workstreamleaders within our Facility Management and Corporate Real Estate projects and manage your workstream from initiation, planning, execution to closing.
Achieve defined objectives of assigned FM/RE project (scope, quality, time, budget, reporting, project staffing and post project reviews)
Develop and monitor project budget
Interact with stakeholders and manage expectations
Uphold and enforce defined project management methodology, processes and reporting progress
EducationBachelor's Degree in Architecture, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management or similarProfessional RequirementsWork experience in an international context and/or similar position of at least 5 years covering the following areas:
Construction, engineering, architecture, facility management, corporate or public real estate
Experience in project management of Facilities, Public or Corporate Real Estate Projects
Fluency in German and English
Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills, MS Project and Visio would be an advantage
You will need to demonstrate:
